Noble fir, a PNW native in Alpine forests, has long been a favorite at Christmas. It’s silvery blue foliage, excellent needle retention and open structure that shows your ornaments well have made it legendary as the best premium tree.

Turkish fir and it’s cousin Nordmann fir are native to Northern Turkey and the Balkan Republics in Europe. It is easy to see why the European’s consider it as their premium tree. It’s silvery, soft needles have excellent needle retention. It’s relatively new to the PNW, but is gaining in popularity.
