Who we are

Peggy and Rick Fletcher and their three children purchased the Eagles View forest property in 1992. As we built the family home that year, we were also clearing off the abandoned lower field which was full of poison oak and blackberries, so we could begin to plant Christmas trees to help pay for our children’s college education. Rick was a career OSU Extension Forester and Christmas tree specialist, so planting and growing trees just came natural. This family project was, for many years a wholesale operation, but in recent years, Peggy added a wreath business, utilizing the extra boughs we have on the farm. Friends and neighbors have come to the farm for years to find a tree for their family, leading us to switch the current operation from wholesale to U-Pick trees, as well as adding our custom designed Christmas wreaths. We now have 3 generations of Fletcher’s involved with the annual harvest, as our grandchildren have recently become our elves!
